Visual 3D Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer, you will:

• Ideate, develop, and execute visual concepts, from abstract ideas to powerful visual experiences to heighten community engagement with Polkadot and other brands.
• Develop and render complex technical visualisations to educate and communicate messaging around blockchain technology.
• Create unique branded NFTs, supporting projects in marketing, events, and community campaigns.
• Develop and ideate assets focused on Metaverse and VR.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Work in an open and collaborative team of designers, marketers, and developers.
• Develop open source community assets.
• Learn about the latest blockchain technology.

Requirements:

• 8 years experience as a 3D Artist.
• Ability to model, texture and render a full project.
• Highly proficient in working with 3D software such as: Maya, 3Dmax, Blender, Cinema 4D
• A portfolio of great ideas, expertly executed on with a variety of different projects.
• Experience in driving simultaneous projects from conception to completion.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of the core creative team.
• Understanding of art direction goals and process to meet them.
• A passion for excellence in execution.
• Illustration skills.

Further Relevant Experience:

• Blockchain industry experience and familiarity with NFTs
• Motion Design skills
• Data visualisation skills.
• Programming skills
