What we're looking for

User experience is the key to how we create intuitive and innovative products that people love. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to take our usability practice to the next level. In this role, you will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting primary research, exploring the behaviors and motivations of our users. You will also identify potential solution options and design experiments that help elicit the most viable solution for users. We aim to create both functional and appealing features that can meet and even go beyond our audience's needs in the blockchain space.

We are a globally distributed team and this role is 100% remote. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers, product owners, and developers to identify research topics, finding opportunities to further improve the user experience
• Design test plans, recruit users, moderate tests, analyze results, and present insights

• Conduct competitor analysis, user interviews, user surveys, and usability testings frequently and efficiently throughout different time zones
• Employ a mix of quantitative and qualitative research to discover the true motivations of our users
• Collect and analyze user behavior through surveys, online experiments (A/B testing) and forms data-driven insights
• Pro-active communication and collaboration abilities with native-level proficiency in written and oral English

Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), psychology, social science or a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience within user research including usability testing, user interview, survey and others
• Portfolio of case studies

• Deep knowledge of an array of user research methodologies
• Knowledge on user flows, wireframes, usability, design
• Good prototype skills
• Passion for defining and solving problems
• Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices
• Working knowledge of statistics and experimental design
• Excellent English communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
