Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overall Derivative product design, including interface design, user experience design and interaction design
    • Deeply understand user needs through user research and data analysis, proposing design improvement plans
    • Collaborate closely with product manager and development teams to ensure the implementation of design solutions
    • Participate in design reviews, providing professional design opinions and suggestions
    • Stay updated with design trends and industry dynamics to continuously enhance design skills and innovations

Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in crypto industry, internet and fin-tech companies
    • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiar with prototyping tools like Principle and Axure
    • Excellent visual design and interaction design skills with a deep understanding of user experience
    • Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to effectively drive cross-departmental collaborations
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks
    • Those who love motion design or illustration are preferred
