About The Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop front-end solutions with performance, scalability, and continuous integration in mind.
- Work on projects developing reusable modules, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
- Research and resolve technical problems of projects, and design technical architecture for long-term solutions.
- Accumulate technology and construct efficiency-boost systems.
- Improve page performance metrics such as LCP, INP, and CLS, and define best practices.
- Implement fully accessible web features for everyone.
- Technically lead and mentor the team through challenges.
- Act as the first line of defense for compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 8+ years of experience in front-end development.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of front-end frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, etc.
- Proficient in front-end packaging workflows and familiar with development tools such as npm, Vite/Webpack, Git, etc.
- Strong capability in cross-browser development with a solid understanding of browser differences and the ability to solve incompatibility issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business and technical architectures in simple terms.
- Significant experience in web performance optimization.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with multilanguage support (i18n)
- Experience with WEB Accessibility for WCAG AAA compliance
- Passionate about crypto
