We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of creative platforms powered by blockchain technology. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure of the Creative Catalyst platform using Node.js, Python, or other backend languages.
• Design and implement APIs for the platform's functionalities, including user authentication, project management, grant applications, token management, and more.
• Collaborate with the frontend and blockchain teams to ensure seamless integration between the platform's components.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and functionalities for the platform.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of the backend infrastructure to handle growing user traffic and data volumes.
• Manage and maintain databases and other backend systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, or other backend languages.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building secure and scalable backend systems.
• Bonus: Experience with blockchain technologies or crypto platforms.
