Growth Associate, X (Twitter) - Layer 1 Blockchain Performance

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are the first parallelized layer 1 blockchain, setting a new standard in performance and scalability by re-writing the most widely adopted execution environment in Web3. Our organization drives adoption, supports the community, and partners with developers to bring groundbreaking applications to life. We are seeking a Growth Associate, X (Twitter) to spearhead the development of our identity and narrative across global social platforms.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic development of our brand's voice and reach, focusing heavily on platforms like X (Twitter). This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative instinct, and a deep understanding of crypto and meme culture to deliver innovative and engaging content that expands our community and mindshare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Narrative & Content Leadership: Lead the development and execution of storytelling across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Discord
• Trend & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, technologies, and crypto narratives to deliver innovative and highly engaging content, including campaigns, video content, and memes
• Collaboration & Activation: Collaborate with influencers, developers, and community leaders to create authentic content and partner with internal teams to align campaign objectives
• Strategy & GTM: Develop strategic frameworks and creative copy for brand and product campaigns, maintaining a distinctive tone. Supercharge go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new initiatives with fresh and impactful media activations
• Process Optimization: Create and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless cross-functional collaboration and efficient problem resolution
  
  

Requirements

• Content Expertise: Proven expertise in creating impactful content across X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms
• Crypto Culture: A deep understanding of meme culture and how it intersects with crypto trends and storytelling
• Creative Instinct: Strong creative instincts with an ability to craft compelling taglines, narratives, and visually engaging content
• Strategic Mindset: Owner mentality, coupled with framework-driven strategic thinking
• Execution Skills: Exceptional project management and multitasking skills, with a problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt to the dynamic landscape
• Tools & Communication: Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Domain Passion: A passion for blockchain technology, with a clear understanding of crypto-related trends and terminology
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Experience working at a large blockchain foundation or Traditional Finance institution
• Prior success building narratives for a Layer 1 blockchain, or large-scale DeFi project
• Strong connections with influencers and creators in the crypto space
