Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and crypto-native Growth Lead to spearhead our business development efforts and expand our user base for Vybe Network's APIs and AlphaVybe platform. This role is crucial in identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships, and enhancing our community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Leadership: Take the lead on all business development tasks, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow our user base and partnerships with ecosystem protocols, VCs and institutions.
• User Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new users for our APIs and AlphaVybe platform.
• Community Management: Engage with users on our community channels on Discord and Telegram, ensuring effective moderation, answering questions and coordinating with our data team for troubleshooting API issues while actively engaging with members.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the team to execute wider marketing and growth strategies related to community building and business development.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem, including developers, builders, and potential partners.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and make informed decisions.
• Feedback Loop: Work closely with the product team to enhance user onboarding and engagement. Provide feedback on product features that can drive growth.
• Event Participation: Represent Vybe Network at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand and offerings.

Requirements:

• Crypto Native: Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, and the crypto community's culture. Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem is a huge plus.
• Business Development Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or growth roles within the tech or crypto industries.
• Community Management Skills: Experience managing and growing online communities, particularly on platforms like Discord and Telegram.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with company goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technical knowledge to understand and effectively position our API solutions to developers and technical users.
• Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities and driving projects forward.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working closely with remote teams and cross-functional departments.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
