Responsibilities:
- Provide user support via written communication in the official support bot.
- Analyze situations and resolve user issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal project departments to address customer concerns effectively.
- Moderate STONfi chats (e.g., Telegram, Discord), including deleting rule-violating messages and answering users' questions.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of crypto and DeFi, including DEX operation and transaction status checking.
- Knowledge of the TON Ecosystem is a plus.
- Desire to excel in customer consulting and support.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently (at least upper-intermediate level).
- Demonstrated stress tolerance and multitasking skills.
