Overview: We are a blockchain technology company in search of a skilled and experienced Business Development Associate. We want to become the #1 destination for the most talented developers, who have many competing options on where to build their companies. 

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitors' activities.
• Analyze industry data to evaluate market potential and identify areas for growth.

New Business Development:

• Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Qualify leads and opportunities, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer support.
• Demonstrate ability to follow-through on commitments and exceed expectations.
• Negotiate business terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

• Track and analyze sales data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the technology sector, Web3 and Blockchain experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Office suite.
• Experience with Telegram and Discord apps.

This is a remote position and open for any location in Europe.
Experience in DeFi/Web3 is required to be considered and those currently working in Web3 firms will have a strong advantage.
