What You Will Do As Technical Product Manager with experience in backend API integration, you will oversee all technical aspects of 'Green Token'. This initiative is aimed at supporting environmentally friendly startups, organizations and ventures through the creation of a business platform and a new ulitity token.

Your key responsibilities are to oversee the development and manage all back-end API integration of the in-house community platform. You will develop and manage DAO governance platform to ensure necessary data regulation compliance measures and cyber security protocols are in place.

You will also guide partners with technical integration of onboarding token use and help them with the token transfer implementation.

Key Responsibilities: - Drive high-level decisions about Green Token protocol architecture, incentive structures, DAO governance platform and features - Work directly to advance the token engineering practice as part of the Green Token business platform - Deeply understand our customer base to build the best tool to serve creators. Stay relevant on market trends, creator needs, and opportunities - Research and summarize the latest developments in tokenomic design, incentive mechanisms, and protocol structure - Actively lead and conceptualize different approaches to applied token engineering and mechanism design - Read and understand a protocol specification and be able to break it into issues and turn it into code - Design, implement, and test protocol upgrades and additions for the in-house community platform - Design and implement protocol and governance upgrades for various DAO protocols - Create security architecture for deploying and managing Ethereum smart contracts, tokens, keys - Work closely with the sales and marketing functions to actively promote each feature and achieve adoption and maximize return

Qualifications - Experience in hiring and managing remote team, freelancer, and external vendor etc. - At least 5 years of experience project management for the release of production quality software in Solidity, Python, Rust, Go or TypeScript (code-literacy with one of the Ethereum nod implementations) - Knowledge of system architecture/solutions design on blockchain in one of the above languages (separation of duties between chain, frontends and backends) - Experience with blockchain protocols, whether it be usage of a blockchain API, knowledge of how a blockchain/smart contract operates - Experience with distributed systems, peer-to-peer systems, network programming, and cryptography - Experience writing software from a technical specification or a reference implementation - Experience maintaining a large codebase with many components and keeping it well-designed, future-proofed, and modular - Experience with roadmap prioritization in an Agile environment (Scrum, sprints)

Nice-to-haves: - In-depth understanding of all the technical and functional aspects of blockchains (consensus, security models, tokenomics, etc.) and crypto-wallets (keys management etc.), with a robust knowledge of Ethereum - Experience with Ethereum Smart-Contracts full development cycle (Solidity) and knowledge of the standards for token contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.) - Played a lead role in blockchain projects and can detail how the product significantly impacted customer and company growth
