Responsibilities:
- The main task: nail down an awesome Tone of Voice that’ll make us stand out.
- Build and shape the brand platform alongside our marketing team.
- Grow our community in Telegram and Twitter: write posts, come up with fun, engaging ways to attract and involve people (think contests, jokes, polls, and anything else your bright mind can dream up that will resonate with the audience).
- Connect with partners and arrange cool cross-promos that benefit both sides.
- Oversee admins and helpers (these are your sidekicks handling moderation, answering questions in comments, etc.).
- If you’ve got experience with YouTube—that’s a bonus! We’re not there yet, but we’d love to be.
Requirements:
- SMM experience, ideally with a community-building background (any industry works, as long as it’s B2C).
- Solid English skills (B2+).
- A great sense of humor and a creative brain (we genuinely believe marketing is for the delightfully quirky).
- Ready to suggest and try bold, new ideas.
- Big plus if you’re at least somewhat familiar with crypto, Web3, or just a fan of gaming.
