The Opportunity

Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven full-time Europe Institutional Growth Lead to drive regional ecosystem expansion with financial institutions. The ideal candidate will accelerate Solana institutional adoption throughout Europe.

You will:

• Drive strategic relationships with founders, investors, institutions, and regulators across Europe

• Support the institutional growth vertical lead in regional expansion and market entry

• Develop and execute regional growth initiatives and events

• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and industry groups

• Oversee regional grant programs and ecosystem funding

• Coordinate with global teams on cross-regional opportunities

To be successful in this role

You ideally have: 

• 7+ years experience in financial services or fintech, with at least one prior full time role in crypto/blockchain

• Deep network within London and broader European tech/startup ecosystem

• Experience working with regulators and financial institutions

• Track record of scaling business operations across multiple countries

• Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks
  

Bonus points:

• Prior experience in Solana ecosystem and technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure
  

Location:

• Based in London with frequent travel across Europe region and daily communication across all time zones
