We’re looking to hire an accomplished leader as our first Sr. Manager, Engagement. You will be joining at the ground level with the opportunity to develop our customer engagement strategy, contribute to and build a world-class team, and execute to deliver against our ambitious company goals.

Our ideal candidate will have broad interest across the sports, finance, technology (e.g., crypto, NFT) verticals and comfort working regularly with product, engineering, data science, UX, and internal and external marketing and content partners.

You will…

  • Be passionate (and an expert) on all things retention marketing and emerging technologies, especially app-based and social engagement tools.
  • Have a track record of delivering innovative solutions to drive profitable long-term customer engagement.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations for the technology to support our strategy (ESP, CDP, etc).
  • Be accountable for developing and executing a strategy that delivers results. Proactively identify and close gaps.
  • Be data-driven, using rigorous testing frameworks to improve engagement
