We are a growth marketing DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) writing the user acquisition playbook for Web 3.
As members of a headless agency, all DAO members are co-owners of Myosin.xyz, who participate in both the financial upside and governance for Myosin.
Myosin is actively looking for growth marketing experts who have 4-10+ years of experience at fast growing online startups and marketing agencies. Our founding members are seasoned operators, hailing from venture studios, accelerators, and the top media agencies in the world.
As a growth marketing genius (as we like to say in our Discord server), you'll be expected to:
- Optimize a multi-channel user acquisition funnel on behalf of NFT projects, DAOs, and DeFi projects
- Invest media budget across paid social, paid search (SEM), programmatic banners, native ad networks, publisher direct, online video and over the top (OTT) on-demand video advertising placements
- Communicate with your Web 3 client directly, clearly, and empathically to ensure that your client understands your work on THEIR terms, not yours (ie: communicate without using jargon)
- Lead brainstorms on tactics & experiments that yield larger and more engaged communities for our clients
You will be handsomely paid in crypto (ETH or USDC), along with our $MYOSIN token, which will enable you to access more crypto projects, vote for the use of community treasury funds, and lead the direction of this headless marketing DAO.
