About the Role:


Artwrld seeks a talented Head of Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales and Marketing will design and implement comprehensive marketing, advertising, and PR strategies for the Artwrld brand and our individual artist collaborations, with the goals of building community and generating sales revenue. They will be responsible for defining the marketing vision for Artwrld, sharing information about our projects, building our community through conversations and programs, and facilitating NFT sales to Artwrld’s collectors. Our ideal candidate is a driven self-starter who is knowledgeable about contemporary art and artists, has experience growing engaged online communities, and is well-versed in the language and ideas of web3/NFTs.


Responsibilities


  • Set Artwrld’s marketing vision, goals, and budget.
  • Grow audience and engagement across Artwrld’s digital channels, including Twitter, Instagram, email marketing, and Discord through paid placements and organic content.
  • Create inspiring and engaging advertising and social content, maining a robust content calendar.
  • Generate excitement around project launches, community events, etc.
  • Convert Artwrld’s online communities into Artwrld NFT collectors.
  • Collaborate with the Artwrld team on community programming, such as talks on Twitter Spaces, and identify opportunities to expand the reach of Artwrld’s projects.
  • Supervise external partners such as graphic designers and Artwrld’s PR consultants.

Qualifications


  • A proven track record of growing and managing engaged online communities
  • Experience developing or managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Ecommerce or art sales experience
  • Interest or experience working with art and cultural projects
  • Familiarity with the space of NFTs and Web3
  • Understanding of Twitter, Instagram, and Discord community best practices
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and get things done
  • Able to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position. Artwrld is a fully remote office with occasional in-person team meetings, as needed.
