Technical Lead
Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve user-facing interactive flows in Binance’s products which have a huge amount of visits everyday.
- Working closely with the product manager team, maximize business values by actively monitoring and improving core data metrics, such as conversion rates.
- Regularly reflect on the current system design and improve stability and quality in a systematic way.
- Abstract the current system so that it can be reused by other portfolio companies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of full-stack development experience with at least one deep expertise (e.g. JavaScript, Golang / Java, Swift / Kotlin).
- Practical experience of leading large technical projects with multiple technical domains and the capability to do overall system design for multiple sub systems.
- Deep understanding of software security.
Preferred qualifications:
- Hardcore, excellent technical leadership, project / people management, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good sense of business data analysis and sensitive to data.
- Good sense of user experience design and best practices for different user scenarios.
- Deep understanding of SaaS.
