You will play a critical role in building financial and crypto-native products, services and APIs. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer you should lead by example - driving the technical discussions, influencing the approach and making a positive impact on the team's development by advocating the best engineering practices. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Build dynamic, user-friendly frontends using modern frameworks like React. Work closely with design and product teams to ensure seamless integration of user-facing and server-side features. Collaborate on system architecture and design decisions, emphasizing security, performance, and scalability. Implement automated testing across the stack to ensure high-quality deliverables. Optimize applications for performance and scalability in both backend and frontend layers. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Strong backend expertise in Kotlin or Java Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Understanding of system design principles and scalable architectures Proficiency in frontend technologies like React Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure Knowledge of blockchain technologies or financial systems. Skills in performance optimization on both client and server sides. Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
