🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with an ‘always-looking-to-improve’ mindset, ready to take care of 1-2 of our cross-functional product teams, help them grow and maximize outcomes of their work.

This is a full-time, hybrid model (min. 3 days per week from the office) role - our offices are located in Warsaw and Wrocław.

Your future work will include:

  • Delivery - priorities, scope, timeline, and expectations management (arm in arm with teams and Product Managers), connecting dots, removing obstacles, reducing wastes, spotting, and tackling problems before they escalate - all these activities and many more will be on your list.
  • Communication - making sure that people and teams are well-aligned, communicate efficiently, effectively, and in a positive atmosphere. Facilitating meetings (including workshops and cross-team planning/refinement sessions), streamlining processes, and challenging others whenever needed. You’ll cooperate closely not only with your team(s), but also with other Engineering Leads, various internal functions/stakeholders, our vendors, and partners.
  • Team growth - hiring and onboarding new team members, mentoring and taking care of the product team and its well-being. Collecting and giving feedback, team empowerment, well-planned delegation. You’ll be also the one organizing team events and challenging driving skills of your colleagues on go-karts!
  • Leadership - mentoring our cross-functional product teams and cooperating closely with other Engineering Managers in evolving our organization. Taking initiative and ownership. Always looking at how to improve processes and tools that we are using to drive better product outcomes. Helping people grow as professionals in their fields and retaining them as team members.

🛠️ How we work:

You'll have a vital role as an Engineering Manager for 1-2 product teams. Your teams will consist of Developers, a Product Manager, and a Quality Assurance specialist, with the possibility of including Data Analysts, Designers, and other roles based on team needs.
