We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional trading experiences for sophisticated retail traders. The primary role of the Senior Product Manager is to champion these initiatives, driving impact and launching products across the BitMEX global platform. You will act as the crucial cross-functional link, bridging the gap between business strategy and the engineering teams, while collaborating closely with design, sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver remarkable trading capabilities. Responsibilities

Research into competitors and using client feedback via Sales and Customer Support teams to identify product gaps and opportunities for the exchange Work closely with engineering teams to optimise execution of the product roadmap Regularly launch new products and features, followed by assessment of performance and further iterations.  Overseeing and owning the full delivery from idea generation to execution, ensuring there is collaboration with the relevant teams throughout the business (FinProd, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Legal etc.)

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Development / Management experience within trading, financial products or FinTech space. Bachelors or Masters Degree (Sciences, Engineering preferred) Ability to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Derivative trading knowledge is required Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Product Manager level position
