We are looking for a person who is creative, and data-driven, who dares to break boundaries. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of teams from Strategy to Product, Creative Design and Data teams to run branding, PR initiatives, social campaign, brand campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Develop product/brand positioning and messaging and see these through to the creation of relevant marketing materials to support product launches/updates and highlight their features and benefits. Design and execute integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing, measuring performance and reporting on effectiveness Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns in all targeted channels and follow up with measurement of those campaigns. Expand and work closely with external partners like Kols/supplier/agencies Ensure marketing materials produced by different parties are consistent with the campaign’s messaging. Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor landscape, community feedback and best practices in exchange products, growth hacking and digital marketing
Qualifications
Web3/Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of the web3 and blockchain space, including key players, trends, and technologies 1-3 years of experience in growth hacking in the web3 industry In-depth knowledge of product/brand campaigns Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and effective growth strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas clearly Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture A passion for innovation, growth hacking, and staying ahead of industry trends Bonus skills - Basic graphic design skills and a creative fun mindset
