As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the bridge between what we build and how the world understands it. You’ll shape positioning, define go-to-market strategies, and create the content that helps customers, developers, and institutions grasp what’s possible with LayerZero. You’ll partner with Product, BD, and Comms to craft narratives that differentiate us — grounded in truth, data, and technical depth.   WHAT YOU’LL DO Define Positioning and Messaging

Develop clear, differentiated product narratives grounded in technical understanding. Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new capabilities into market-ready messaging.

Lead Go-to-Market Strategy

Drive launch plans for new products, integrations, and features, ensuring alignment across teams. Partner with BD and Comms to activate narratives through campaigns, events, and content.

Create High-Impact Collateral

Produce product explainers, one-pagers, presentations, and sales enablement materials that scale understanding. Ensure consistency of message, tone, and design across all external assets.

Measure and Refine

Use adoption and engagement data to assess resonance and improve storytelling. Contribute insights back into product development and roadmap prioritization.

  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5–8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, or solutions marketing within fintech, SaaS, or crypto. Ability to bridge technical depth with narrative clarity. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders. Deep conviction in the crypto ecosystem and the role of interoperability in shaping its future.
