Requirements Aldrin Labs is looking to hire an Affiliate Marketing Manager based in Mexico to grow our global affiliate network and implement execute effective marketing strategies, with a focus on Mexico. You will:

Take ownership and build for all affiliate types including niche blog publishers, large publisher networks, social influencers, and professional super-affiliates Monitor performance metrics and revenue targets across all affiliate channels to guide and manage priorities Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates, and influencers, understanding their needs and priorities Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates Build reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance

Qualifications:

3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in the fintech space Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and the crypto market is a plus Strong country-wide knowledge of the affiliate ecosystem in Mexico A high standard of written and spoken English, plus native Spanish
