About the team
As a Marketing Analyst, you will leverage your know-how to shape the way Cake DeFi executes global initiatives across customer touchpoints. You will own part of the marketing forecasting together with relevant stakeholders and support the marketing team to achieve business goals. Your insights will enable us to make the right decisions about media channels, campaign optimisation, customer engagement and creatives.
You will drive strategic projects to shape our communications to create a flawless consumer experience.
You will develop your technical skills further in maintaining our reporting landscape, by developing tracking systems, establishing data processes and building dashboards. You will have the chance to work with a diverse set of stakeholders from channel owners, campaign managers to data scientists to develop new skills in the crypto, media and testing landscape
What you will do:
- Track, measure, and optimize marketing channels, campaigns and assets, ensuring the continuous improvement of outcomes through iterative processes and test-and-learn strategies
- Support the engagement with our customers through the entire customer lifecycle (awareness, acquisition, retention, referral, loyalty)
- Analyze channel and campaign efficiency to help to scale the business
- Orchestrate data and information from various sources into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Be a sounding board for digital and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and provide support for their business cases
- Ownparts of marketing forecasting and budgeting
- Expand our reporting environment in collaboration with our Business Intelligence developers
What you’ll need:
- Have 3+ years of experience in analyzing marketing data
- Expertise in Google Analytics/ Google Tag Manager or exposure to tools like Omniture, Appsflyer to help us track campaign performance
- Familiar with conversion and event tracking implementation
- Familiar with the core concepts of marketing analytics and understand the relevant KPIs of the different domains of marketing (performance, social, SEO, CRM etc)
- Love solving problems and a desire to transform data into actionable insights
- Excellent MS Excel and good SQL knowledge.
- Familiar with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, MSTR, Data studio.
- Should be able to adapt to new tools used for campaign tracking
- Active team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Fluent in English and German preferably
