About the role

We are looking for a self-starter, energetic, passionate, and experienced Social Media Manager who is based in United States; to join our Global Brand Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with content strategist, designer, and copywriter to drive the social calendar and content delivery across all the social media channels. This role will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and measurement of cross channels that push the Crypto.com brand forward. We are a fully remote team working throughout APAC and welcome applicants from anywhere in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media plans, content calendar and implement accordingly
  • Oversee day-to-day social content and ensure brand consistency
  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure the delivery, communication flow, and issues are raised and resolved.
  • Prepare seasonal, weekly, and monthly reports, and monitor progress.
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others
  • Work with internal to resolve customer issues and inquiries through social media, and social media influencers
  • Keep up on the latest trends and changes in the social media world, and share back to the internal team
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Hands-on experience using social media management/posting tools.
  • Has knowledge executing the followings: content management, campaign management, video production, photo shooting, and social media management.
  • Able to create, edit & repurpose content. Knowledge of design tools is a plus.
  • Understand SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
  • Has a passion for the Crypto industry, including staying up to date on news, trends and all key happenings in the industry
  • Be excellent team player as well as keep an open mind who is based in US time zone
