About the Team:

The Growth team is directly responsible for overseeing the launch strategy and deployment of Worldcoin in different markets, and selecting, communicating with, and ensuring optimal performance of local operators. Worldcoin is defined by its fair, global, and rapid distribution, and the Growth team is on the front lines to execute this.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the marketing vertical within the growth team. Specifically, this involves creating creative and interesting campaigns to launch Worldcoin around the world. Marketing should be targeted at finding and engaging Orb Operators: highly independent, entrepreneurial individuals who drive our growth engine and open up a given region.

  • Strategize. From first principles, you will design a global marketing campaign to acquire the most entrepreneurial Orb Operators around the world.
  • Execute. You’ll execute on all of these campaigns, constantly track their success, and continually iterate on them.
  • Scale. You’ll create tailored marketing campaigns for major regions all over the world.
  • Build. You will build and manage a team from scratch of talented marketing professionals around the world to launch a global campaign.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of relevant marketing experience. You have experience running gig-economy supply-side marketing campaigns from the ground up.
  • You have operated on a global scale. You understand what it takes to grow a global marketing initiative to find Orb Operators in distinct markets around the world.
  • You’re scrappy. You love coming up with solutions to unconventional problems in a fast-paced and agile way. You’re able to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • You’re innovative. You relentlessly challenge convention in pursuit of success.
  • You’re well-spoken. You have strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders. Superior verbal and written communication skills is also a must.
  • You’re analytical. You let data speak for itself when making decisions.
