Your mission

The Performance Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase conversions, and maximise ROI across multiple regions with a focus on DACH. This role covers both web and app user acquisition across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic.

What you will do

  • Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across a number of platforms and channels including Google, Bing and Apple Search Ads, Meta, Reddit as well as various ad networks, to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and meet performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and growth.
  • Identifying areas of improvement including keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimisation, ad extensions, targeting, landing page optimisation, etc.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of performance media experience managing large scale campaigns across both search and social.
  • Strong knowledge of paid platforms and tracking tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Adjust experience is a plus).
  • Performance-oriented, able to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS. Strong aptitude for numerical detail and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to connect easily with variety of stakeholders and partners.
  • Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
