The Role
Etherlink is a newly developed fast, fair and (nearly) free layer 2 blockchain built on top of Tezos. By harnessing the power of Tezos Smart Rollup technology, Etherlink allows EVM builders and users to take advantage of Tezos’ flexibility, security and self-amendment capabilities while using all the apps and tools already familiar to them!

As the Etherlink Account Lead, you will drive community growth and ecosystem expansion within the Etherlink creator and builder network. This role is perfect for someone passionate about NFTs, growth strategies, and creator engagement, with experience in activating and scaling digital communities. The main focus of the role is to onboard and support creators, builders, integration partners, facilitate NFT mints, and enhance on-chain activity, ensuring Etherlink’s continued success.

What you’ll do

• Building and supporting a thriving Etherlink community of creators and builders

• Proactively researching and bringing new talent onto Etherlink-supported marketplaces, facilitating smooth NFT mints

• Leading and supporting a structured cadence of NFT drops, working with creators and ecosystem partners

• Testing platforms, reviewing copy, and identifying user flow bottlenecks to ensure high-quality releases

• Tracking NFT activity, community sentiment, and user feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement

• Working diplomatically with inbound contacts, ensuring economic efficiency while merging projects for maximum impact

• Assisting in content management for Tezos and Etherlink updates, including drafting announcements and marketing materials

• Partnering with Growth & Marketing, Arts, and Technical Support teams to connect opportunities across the ecosystem

• Acting as a spokesperson for Etherlink, advocating for the Tezos ecosystem to drive inbound opportunities and community sentiment
  

What you’ll need

• Experience in a Web3/NFT growth role, ideally in a platform-focused capacity

• Strong background in community engagement, partnerships, and activation strategies

• Ability to work strategically and diplomatically with ecosystem partners

• Comfortable tracking KPIs and reporting on growth, sentiment, and opportunities

• Understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) ecosystem
