What Youâll Do
- Manage development on cross functional teams to produce deliverables within time and budget parameters
- Supervise project tracking stages and risks
- Drive continuous system improvements throughout project lifecycle and identify changes as needed
- Own projects from conception to completion and empower a collaborative team environment
- Balance, adjust, and ideate on systems and interactions through rapid prototyping and team feedback
- Able to prioritize and mitigate accordingly based on present concerns
- Work with various team members, and report to the CEO
What Youâll Need
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Exemplary team skills with decisive and collaborative work ethic
- Proven track record of completing objectives on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate decisions
- Recognized capacity to multitask and prioritize assets among different projects simultaneously
- Accountable, Stakeholder/success-focused, strategic, integrous
- 5+ years of production optimization
- Efficient use of project management tools and calendars for visual tracking
