Reporting to the Director, People Operations the Technical Recruiter will support recruitment by building a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities within the Engineering Team.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

-Working with our engineering leaders to ensure that talent acquisition needs are met on an ongoing basis -Contacting and engage passive candidates in a highly competitive market  -Qualifying candidates for technical and organizational fit -Being in the know of news in the tech startup space and cryptocurrency space -Executing talent acquisition process, and meet service-level agreement expectations -Identifying priority / critical roles within your functional business responsibility and partner with your leader on establishing recruitment strategies for long term success

Must Haves:

-2+ years of sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency -A demonstrated ability to work autonomously -Experience building out sourcing plans with leadership
