We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both global and local positions. You will work closely with hiring managers across the organization to understand their hiring needs and help build high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for both global and local positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) to find qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the companyâs hiring strategy.
- Work on both high-priority global and local hiring needs, while also managing multiple requisitions across different time zones and regions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in sourcing top talent.
- Extensive experience in sourcing candidates for both global and local positions.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.).
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
