Job Opportunity: Product Manager – Web Interfaces (Remote, European Time Zone)

I am currently seeking a Product Manager on behalf of my client, a prominent player in the blockchain and staking industry. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize B2B web application interfaces, supporting the organization’s commitment to enhancing user experience and expanding its DeFi offerings.

The web team plays a vital role in improving user experience, enhancing website performance, and expanding functionalities to include integrations like DeFi and insurance protections. Their goal is to create a dynamic platform that allows DeFi protocols to build on top, contributing to the ecosystem’s growth.

Project Overview:

The web team is responsible for building and refining a robust staking platform that includes services such as decentralized direct staking, NFT staking, and liquid staking. Upcoming initiatives focus on expanding offerings to include DeFi integrations and security features, providing users with more options and opening new opportunities within the DeFi ecosystem.

Job Summary:

As the Product Manager, Web Interfaces, you will lead the creation and optimization of B2B web application interfaces. This role involves setting and tracking performance metrics, conducting market research to implement best practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of B2B web application interfaces from the ground up.
• Manage interface development at scale, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and track key metrics for web applications to measure performance.
• Conduct market research to identify and integrate best practices in B2B product design.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet institutional client needs.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in large-scale B2B interface development from inception.
• Proven track record of creating and enhancing complex web application interfaces.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, web marketing, SEO, and paid traffic.
• Expertise in developing and implementing key performance metrics for web applications.
• Familiarity with blockchain, decentralized systems, and crypto industry trends.
• Experience with Ethereum and restaking is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English.
