Let’s go!Your mission As an Algorithmic Trader, your mission will be to build-up and enhance our trading desk's capabilities. You will improve our pricing and hedging algorithm to lower our spreads and optimize the risk-adjusted hedging PnL. What you’ll do 

Developing, parameterisation and improving of our pricing and hedging algorithms  Gather and analyze trade data to provide in-depth analysis of the microeconomics of pricing and hedging Manage a hedging book with PnL ownership Support the OTC desk in executing low and high touch trades  Proactively shape our trader desk capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance

Who you are 

Profound experience in algorithmic trading (crypto is a plus). Strong understanding of trade microeconomics and quantitative strategies. Proven ability to build solutions while navigating multiple variables across different dimensions (engineering, trading ops, treasury, regulation, legal, risk)  Demonstrated ability in effective risk management and adherence to risk limits Up-to-date knowledge of trading regulations and compliance standards (MIFID II, MICAR) What’s in it for you
