We are seeking an Events Operations Manager to support the seamless execution of events across the TON Society ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence by managing documentation, budgets, and workflows while collaborating with regional hubs to deliver impactful events that align with TON Society’s goals and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to regional hubs in organizing events across TON Society ecosystem.
- Manage and track event-related documentation, such as contracts, permits, and invoices, while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed timelines, checklists, and project plans for all events to ensure smooth workflows.
- Collaborate with hub leads and other team members to align event operations with local needs and TON Society standards.
- Coordinate budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operational aspects.
- Supervise on-site operations during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring successful delivery.
- Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners to streamline operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event operations, logistics, or a similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain ecosystems (especially TON) is a strong plus.
- B2 and higher English level is required.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
