Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and crypto-native Social Media Lead to focus exclusively on our Twitter and social media presence. This role is integral to amplifying our voice in the crypto space and engaging with our growing community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Social Media Management: Own and execute daily postings on Twitter and other social platforms, ensuring content (posts, images videos and stories) is timely, relevant, and engaging.
• Community Engagement: Actively reply to comments, engage with followers, and interact with the broader crypto ecosystem to build strong relationships.
• Trend Monitoring & Content Creation: Stay ahead of crypto and social media trends to create content that is current and resonates with our audience, seamlessly integrating AlphaVybe into trending topics.
• Meme Creation: Develop creative memes and shareable content to boost engagement and expand our reach.
• Vybe Intern Account Growth: Strategically grow the Vybe Intern account by increasing visibility, engagement, and follower count.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• GTM Strategy Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative content while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Crypto Native: Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, and the crypto community's culture. Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem is a huge plus.
• Twitter Expertise: Proven experience with Twitter, including a strong grasp of its algorithms, best practices for maximizing reach and engagement, and content optimization.
• Content Creation Skills: Ability to craft compelling posts, create eye-catching visuals, and produce engaging memes.
• Trend Awareness: Keen eye for spotting and leveraging emerging trends within both the crypto space and the Solana ecosystem
• Community Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture online communities.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a remote team.
• Design experience is a plus - Ability to produce memes or visual content that goes along with your copy.
