Position: Compliance Officer (Crypto)
Sector: Banking

Duration: 1-2 months

Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 100’000-130’000

Tasks

• Review and analyze client documentation in the client onboarding process and ongoing monitoring of crypto wallets, consistent with applicable KYC and AML regulations and guidelines
• Support the team and client facing / handling staff in compliance & regulatory matters regarding daily business
• Evaluate the risk profile of high-risk clients and transactions by analyzing their source of funds, business activities, and relationships
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and (internal) regulations, including adoption of internal compliance frameworks and implementation of corresponding controls

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Experience in the FinTech and RegTech industry as well as cryptocurrencies and blockchain
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
