We are looking for an Associate, CEO Office, to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.
Tasks
- Support Singapore CEO in strategic tasks as well as the development and growth of Sygnum Singapore
- Prepare materials and analysis for high-level decision making at C-suite level
- Assist in the roll-out of strategic initiatives to increase the operational efficiencies across business units
- Conduct thematic research on market trends, competitor landscape and client segments
- Assist in basic financial modelling for financial projections across business units and products
- Draft communications to strategic stakeholders such as investors, advisors, key clients and partners
- Provide support for monthly webinars on digital asset topics for general public as well as accredited and institutional investors
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in strategy consulting or banking/finance
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong knowledge and passion for the digital asset space with awareness of recent market developments
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Willingness to learn in-depth financial modelling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact and coordinate across different business units
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to tackle challenges in a systematic way
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
