Tasks

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) products, including feature optimization and user experience enhancement.
  • Analyze user feedback and market trends to guide product iteration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies for NFT products, including but not limited to social media campaigns, advertising, and KOLs collaborations.
  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns, such as themed events and co-branded initiatives, to boost user acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain core user communities through social engagement and community interaction.
  • Enhance user loyalty and retention by implementing targeted user engagement strategies; Collect user feedback and refine operations based on user personas and behavioral insights.
  • Design and manage operational data tracking systems.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands, project teams, and platforms.
  • Drive business development opportunities to enable resource sharing and win-win collaborations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-Commerce, FinTech, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internet or digital operations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the NFT or blockchain industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution is a strong plus.
  • Excellent speaking and writing in local and English languages
