Role Summary
XFounders is looking for a high-impact, deal-driven Business Developer to lead our sponsorship and partnership acquisition strategy, driving high-value relationships with corporates, blockchain ecosystems, and investors.
This role is critical in securing long-term funding, monetizing XFounders’ platform, and structuring strategic alliances that fuel the accelerator’s growth. The ideal candidate has a strong Web3 network, deep BD expertise, and a track record of closing major sponsorship and partnership deals in tech, venture capital, or crypto.

- Identify, pitch, and close high-value sponsorships and strategic partnerships for the accelerator and media division.
- Develop custom partnership models for blockchain ecosystems, corporates, and venture firms that align with XFounders’ long-term growth.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of global partners, securing recurring sponsorship agreements.
2. Investor & Corporate Engagement
- Develop relationships with VCs, angel investors, and institutional backers to co-invest in XFounders startups.
- Build an exclusive network of corporate innovation teams and blockchain foundations looking to engage with Web3 startups.
- Drive co-branded accelerator programs with tech giants, blockchain networks, and global enterprises.
3. Sales & Deal Structuring
- Create and execute strategic BD campaigns to expand deal flow.
- Develop customized B2B sponsorship and engagement models for tech companies, foundations, and investment firms.
- Lead negotiation and contract structuring for multi-year sponsorship and funding agreements.
4. Growth Strategy & Ecosystem Expansion
- Position XFounders as the premier Web3 accelerator for startup-investor-corporate collaboration.
- Work with Marketing & Ecosystem teams to amplify the impact of sponsorships and partnerships.
- Explore new revenue streams including exclusive investor communities, deal-sharing models, and ecosystem syndicates.

- 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or venture fundraising.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship & partnership deals ($100K+ per contract).
- Strong network within Web3, venture capital, corporate innovation, or fintech.
Technical & Sales Skills
- Expertise in negotiating and structuring strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, venture capital, and corporate innovation trends.
- Familiarity with investment models, sponsorship structures, and accelerator funding mechanisms.
Soft Skills
- High-level strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
