Strategy Development: Contributing in development and leading implementation of comprehensive PR strategies to enhance GR8 Tech’s brand awareness and reputation in B2B iGaming global and target markets; Go-to-Market PR strategies: Developing and executing PR strategies, roll-out plans and implementing communication activities for entering new target markets; building and to running sustainable project teams (internal and external) in order to achieve target KPIs for each region; Innovative Projects and Earned Media: The Senior PR Manager should generate informational occasions and create special and/or multimedia projects to enhance the company’s visibility and engagement within the industry; Personal Brand PR for Executives: Developing and implementing PR strategies to build and enhance the personal brands of GR8 Tech’s executives, positioning them as thought leaders in the iGaming industry; Managing their media presence, securing speaking opportunities, and creating content that highlights their expertise; Media Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry media, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries; Content Creation: Overseeing the creation of high-quality press releases, articles, thought leadership pieces, and other PR materials; Event Management: Planning and executing PR initiatives around industry conferences where GR8 Tech is represented. Managing the participation of executives, coordinating their speaking engagements, and organizing related promotional activities; Crisis Management: Developing and implementing crisis communication plans to protect and defend the company’s reputation; Sponsorship: Managing PR activities related to sponsorships; Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure PR strategies align with overall business objectives; Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing PR campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Essential professional experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR role, preferably within the B2B technology or iGaming sectors; Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong media relations and networking abilities, in iGaming industry would be a plus; Proven track record of successful PR campaigns, iGaming cases — a big plus; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines; Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry and B2B market dynamics; Upper Intermediate+ English level.   What we offer: Benefits Cafeteria:
