Institutional Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver best-in-class institutional services solutions and products.
- Drive product development for comprehensive product catalogs including but not limited to trading, asset management solutions, risk management, reporting, data analytics and exchange infrastructure.
- Advise and collaborate with business teams to design product roadmap and outline key milestones.
- Perform detailed break-down of project plan and execute from the idea crafting to go-live.
- Deliver detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs with considerations of technical feasibility and implementation plans.
- Analyze product performance data and promptly react to user feedback to optimize user experience.
- Lead and supervise the product life cycle by collaborating with our engineering, QA and other stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, preferably with institutional brokers, asset managers, or trading system vendors.
- Solid understanding of trading workflows, business parties, and front-to-back office operations.
- Familiarity with pre-trade compliance, trade execution, post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing.
- Experience with API integration (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and delivering institutional front office trading systems is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability in Agile environments.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
