Technical Data Product Manager

- Set up processes to make sure our data is top-notch—accurate, complete, and reliable. Use techniques to check and clean data, and keep an eye on how it's all going.
- Team up with other departments like product, engineering, and business intelligence to understand their data needs. Turn their requirements into tech plans and make sure they're put into action.
- Keep making our data systems better, faster, and more efficient. Spot where things could be going better, tweak how things work, and make sure our systems are running at their best.
- Lead and guide a team of data experts—engineers, analysts, and scientists—to carry out data projects and get results. Be there to support them and encourage new ideas and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in technical data product management or related roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Finance or accounting background or domain expertise.
