Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Be in the mix, be deep in the crypto community. Represent Ammalgam everywhere — and share market intel back with HQ.
- Develop and implement community strategies and tactics across various platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.) that align with our brand voice.
- Create engaging and on-brand content for the community that resonates with Web3 audiences, showcasing expertise in DeFi and an exciting vision of the future.
- Develop educational resources (guides, docs, tutorials, TG mini-apps) to empower users with DeFi knowledge.
- Partner with top ecosystems like Monad, KOLs, and community leaders to amplify our reach.
- Assemble a dedicated global team of ambassadors.
- Create full life cycle growth programs for community participants. E.g. hackathons, trading competitions, quests, community events etc.
- Host online and offline events (Spaces, meetups, conferences).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and continuously improve our strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, resolving conflicts and addressing user concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest DeFi developments and trends.
Required Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years of experience in community / social media marketing, preferably at a top Web3 project.
- Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and its core protocols, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto culture.
- Always on Crypto Twitter.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and "meme-worthy" content.
- Ability to work US business hours.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
