As Bitcoin Depot's Product Development Manager , you'll be a hands-on member of the product team who will bring best-in-class Blockchain services to market. You'll help define, manage, and deliver Bitcoin Depot’s product roadmap, strategy, requirements, and problem definition. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to make a huge impact on Bitcoin Depot and the blockchain space.

Responsibilities

• Help develop, define, and oversee Bitcoin Depot’s product roadmap; manage it to meet deliverables for the business
• Define and prioritize the work for internal and external software development teams to meet deadlines.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to identify, test, execute, and measure high-impact product changes
• Communicate with the executive team to champion your team's efforts and gain buy-in for product plans
• Develop relationships with external software partners which will be integral to the success of the product roadmap

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in product management, developing software preferably within a software company. Some start-up experience is greatly preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and roadmap-management tools
• 2+ years experience in leadership and management of a product team
• Track record of managing the entire product life cycle and successfully bringing new software products to market
• Hands on, passionate, and collaborative
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, yet can deal with change and face paced environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
