We are looking for a QA Engineer with exceptional organizational, reporting, and communication skills to drive quality assurance at every stage of our development process.

To be an ideal candidate, you should be familiar with agile methodologies and be ready and able to perfect an already existing line of products while enhancing the QA process for our development life cycle.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of all QA efforts and reporting.
• Create workflow products that are stable, scalable, and high-performing.
• Understand the product requirements of the platform and collaborate with product managers and developer leads.
• Seek to ensure maximum test coverage for all functionality.
• Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle to ensure functional completeness and accuracy.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the platform and supported features.
• Retroactively apply updated QA standards to the existing product suite and produce reports of issues and recommended changes.
• Document software issues and enhancement requests, and assist development with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the defects found, while performing manual functional, integration, and regression tests.
• Improve bug reporting methodology.
• Write test plans to ensure full coverage of edge cases.

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in QA for a tech startup or enterprise software company.
• Experience in testing web applications in a large application development environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English communicator.
• Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology.
• Values aligned with the Energi culture and values.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of CI/CD.
