The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen interest in building a career in recruitment. This role involves identifying and engaging qualified IT professionals for various roles, supporting the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, among others. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms. Conduct initial screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future openings. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed. Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
 Qualifications:
+3 years of previous experience in IT Recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles: development (front, back, full-stack), testing, data engineering, cloud engineering, systems administration, etc. Experience working with Greenhouse ATS. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in IT and technology. Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
