People Operations Intern
What you might be doing:
- Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and saving documents to the appropriate files.

- Supply Management: Order food and maintain office supplies, such as coffee and tea. This includes placing weekly orders (e.g., Thursday orders for Monday/Wednesday deliveries) and managing bi-monthly employee requests.
- Equipment Management: Track office equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and ready to use. For example, clean and prepare returned laptops for reuse.
- Newcomer Welcome: Prepare and distribute welcome vouchers for new employees.
- Monthly Celebrations and Updates: Help foster team motivation by organising monthly celebrations and events at the Lausanne office.
- Cleaning Staff Coordination: Manage cleaning schedules, track hours monthly, and coordinate additional cleaning requirements for events at the Lausanne office.

- Academic background or professional experience in Administration, Human Resources, Legal or similar
- Fluency in French and English
