What You'll Do
- Partner with the CEO and COO to translate high-level vision and strategy into actionable operational plans and execution across our global teams
- Proactively identify and tackle the most critical opportunities and/or challenges facing the organization
- Drive the execution of key strategic or operational initiatives, monitoring progress and resolving roadblocks as needed
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable systems to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Foster collaboration and alignment between departments to create a shared understanding and drive better outcomes
- Drive data-informed decisions and promote a data-driven culture
- Support strategic initiatives including fundraising and crypto industry partnerships

- Led 2-3 strategic initiatives that help us hit our next business milestones and accelerate our mission of making crypto part of everyday economy
- Implemented and refined scalable processes that significantly improve operational efficiency and increase cross-functional collaboration
- Fostered better alignment across teams by building systems for effective communication and collaboration, reducing silos
Must-Have Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, or a similar role in high-growth crypto, fintech, or SaaS companies
- Proven track record driving complex cross-functional projects from concept to execution
- Strong ability to distill high-level strategy into tactical plans with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to executive leadership and external partners
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Experience aligning cross-functional teams or managing complex stakeholder relationships
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Deep understanding of crypto/fintech B2B or infrastructure markets
- Prior experience as Chief of Staff or similar strategic role
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
