A bit about us:
Immutable is Sydney based, technology scale-up that focuses on making digital worlds real and is the fastest Australian company in history to reach Unicorn status. We've grown from 40 people to 150 people in 12 months and are looking to add a further 300 people to the Immutable family.
Due to this growth, we are looking for an experienced Director of Talent who can build our global talent strategy to align with our people vision and culture architecture. Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will play a pivotal role in setting Immutable up for high global growth and expansion. You will have the opportunity to create and build two new departments (Employee Branding and Talent Programmes) as well as influence and coach the Head of Talent Acquisition and the wider business.
