Reporting to the Head of Recruiting, this role is responsible fordrivingthe fulllife cycle recruiting effortsfor selected parts of the business. This role will manage thehiring experience for candidates and interviewing teams,proactivelysource and identify top talent, buildrelationshipsinternally and externally, build candidatepipelines,and assist with developing andinnovating new programsandhelp toimprove processes for a growing and fast-paced business.The role is anticipated tobe at least a6monthcontract with potential to convert to full time.Ideally, the selected candidate willbe located inthe greater Seattle area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage afull lifecycle recruitment process (sourcing to offer)foractive and passive talent through a variety of techniques and creative solutions.
- As a subject matter expert, identify strategies and put into action appropriate workflows, tools, processes, and resources.
- Dive deepto understand the needs of the businesswith afocus on finding and presenting technicalcandidates to hiring teams.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships.
- Build relationshipsinternally and externally; identify and attend critical industry events to recruit and network with a focus on diversity.
- Closely listen,anticipateand proactively respond to the needs of the business and industry;develop and innovateprograms and process to enable premier candidate experience.
- Assist in buildingstrong recruitment and hiring culture internally; build the capability of hiring teams with a goal of creating atalent consultantmindset.
PreferredQualifications:
- 5-7years of experience infull cyclerecruiting acrossEngineering, Product and Designlines of business
- Experience in Hi-Tech, Financial Services, Info-Security,or Cryptoindustriesstrongly preferred
- Proven success in navigatinga technicalstart-upenvironment; abilitytodeal with ambiguity&canthrivein an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
- Experience using Greenhouse is strongly preferred
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and talent; has a high level of influencing and negotiation skills, high customer service standards
- Excellent judgment and quick decision-making skills; can navigate complex situations with discretion, is a respected resource and partner
- A passion forsourcing challenging/hard to find candidates
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
