We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to work with our President. This role will be crucial to the next phase of our growth, working with all areas of the business in order to drive productivity and alignment across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist the President in driving the execution of action items based on the company’s top priorities
- Assist the President in quantitative and qualitative strategic analysis
- Be a partner to the President in the management and establishment of good organizational practices within her team
- Support connections across the direct reports of the President, leadership team and other internal and external stakeholders
- Distill discussions and thoughts from team meetings into actionable items and follow ups
- Provide best-in-class reporting of operating metrics through dashboards, emails, and communications to the team
- Manage workload to effectively and consistently communicate plans, programs and results with various stakeholders across the organization
- Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large (e.g. research, internal initiatives, expansion efforts, partnerships, etc.)
Skills
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and a self-starter mentality
- Ability to multitask and self-prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy
- Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple points both from inside and outside the organization
- High EQ and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across various functional disciplines to understand their respective challenges and motivations
- Experience working with executives, and ability to influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization
- Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving, complex and sometimes ambiguous situations
- Mature judgment and discretion in keeping sensitive information confidential
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sense of humility, with no job being too big or too small to undertake
- Familiarity or a strong desire to learn about crypto/fintech
