What we're looking for

At SupraOracles, we are proud of the products and services we provide. We’re looking for a highly skilled Business Development Associate to help us generate partnerships, promote our products, and identify what consumers want so we can create more. Our ideal candidate will have some blockchain/crypto industry experience and be aware of trends that have occurred over the last several years. Some work in marketing and comprehensive knowledge of branding/narrative would benefit us. If you have an understanding of what makes people tick and want to deliver solutions that make a difference, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new partnerships and blockchain ecosystem expansion through daily calls and outbound sales processes under your own initiative.
  • Must be located in US or APAC for consideration.
  • Assist in spearheading the strategic and tactical execution of targeted RFPs for enterprise clients, marketing campaigns, content creation.
  • Manage personal business development plans and strategies, product concepts, and innovative initiatives to drive interest and sales.
  • Hold regular meetings with Business Development Leadership to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard.
  • Attend and/or participate at regional conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
  • This is an Associate level position rolling up to the Managing Director (SVP) of Business Development.

Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree (Ideal, but not a deal-breaker) in finance, marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Worked with banks or stock exchanges, but understands crypto
  • Successful track record in senior roles within the blockchain industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Self- starter who is creative and engaged with providing ideas
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
