Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder allowing for some work from home. The Co-Founder will be responsible for establishing the US company, overseeing daily development operations, driving protocol development, and leading custom development solutions to achieve our vision of scaling the space industry with AI and blockchain infrastructure.
Qualifications
Blockchain & Smart Contracts – Layer 1/2, Solidity/Rust, oracles, ZKPs, decentralized identity.
AI for Space – Edge AI, federated learning, ML optimization for space assets.
Leadership & Strategy – Startup scaling, fundraising, US incorporation, regulatory compliance.
(optional) Space Tech & Infrastructure – Satellite networking, GNSS, space data processing.
(optional) Protocol & Marketplace Development – Decentralized exchange, P2P networking, APIs.
(optional) Security & Compliance – Cryptographic security, ESA/NASA/FCC standards, AI ethics.
