About the Role

You’ll be our frontliner for taking Quidax’s crypto infrastructure to businesses that want in-payment platforms, crypto apps, FX players, and everyone in between. Your jam is B2B sales, and your goal is to get our API integrated into as many wallets, platforms, and products as humanly (and respectfully) possible.

What You’ll Be Owning

Build that Pipeline

  • Source, qualify, and close 20 active API leads within your first 90 days

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of 10 prospects at any given time

  • Deliver a monthly sales quota of $50,000 in API transaction volume by Q3 2025

Own the End-to-End

  • Lead discovery calls, follow-ups, demos - you’re the deal driver from hello to contract

  • Work with Product and Engineering to help clients get integrated, aka be happy with our API

  • Create client proposals that hit the sweet spot of ‘clear’ and ‘let’s sign this deal’

Be a B2B Whisperer

  • Understand your client's needs before they say them

  • Recommend the right products from our API stack

  • Keep clients engaged and satisfied through launch and beyond

Stay Sharp, Stay Hungry

  • Share bi-weekly updates on client feedback, product gaps, and market shifts

  • Keep tabs on the competition - pricing, features, pain points - we want it all

  • Suggest 1 -2 sales strategies per quarter that actually move the needle.

Biggest Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Selling to product and engineering leaders who ask all the hard questions

  • Balance speed with compliance

  • Winning B2B deals in a market that’s skeptical or crypto-curious

  • Keeping your pipeline hot and your close rate healthy, even in a slow quarter


Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve closed B2B fintech/API sales deals before, and have the receipts 

  • You understand the fintech ecosystem: how APIs work, who needs them, and why

  • You’re organized, persistent, and know how to work a sales funnel

  • You write clearly, follow up like a pro, and aren’t afraid of a little ‘no’

  • Bonus points if you’ve sold crypto or have a few devs in your contact list

Reporting Line

You’ll report to the Head of Growth and Partnerships and partner with Product, Engineering, and Merchant Success teams to make magic happen

This would involve identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and presenting the benefits of the web3 products and services in a way that is compelling and relevant to the client's needs

The salesperson would also be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, as well as providing support and guidance throughout the sales process
