The Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Analyst to support our highest impact partnerships and strategic initiatives across Polymarket’s business.
You’ll work directly with the partnerships leadership team to source, evaluate, and execute deals, building the financial and strategic frameworks that shape how Polymarket partners with sports leagues, media networks, fintech platforms, and institutions.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. You’ll bring the rigor of investment banking, modeling, diligence, and deal process into an environment where speed, creativity, and judgment matter just as much.
What You’ll Do
Support evaluation and execution of key partnerships, integrations, and commercial deals.
Build detailed financial models, forecasts, and ROI analyses for new opportunities.
Conduct market mapping and competitive benchmarking across fintech, sports, and media.
Support negotiation strategy by modeling deal terms, incentives, and long-term impact on trading volume and revenue.
Manage internal deal trackers, diligence pipelines, and performance dashboards.
Draft and refine materials for partner pitches and internal investment memos.
Collaborate with legal, product, tech and marketing to operationalize approved deals.
Surface insights and trends from data to guide BD strategy and prioritization.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development. Banking is ideal.
Proven analytical and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience translating financial or market data into actionable business insights.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to turn analysis into clear narratives.
Strong understanding of deal structures, valuation, and partnership economics.
High agency operator who thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments.
A genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or markets; curiosity about the Polymarket mission.
